Admission
Admission is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is limited in some camps. If you prefer, you may mail in your registration form to:

A non-refundable $100 deposit (which is credited towards your registration), per camper and per camp session, is due with registration. The remaining payment is due before your child is allowed to attend camp. Credit Card Payment Form.
Withdrawal Policy
Written withdrawal is required in the AACS Administrative Office (see registration details above for address). All deposits are non-refundable. No allowances will be given for early dismissal, late arrival, illness, injury, or vacations in any camps.
Medical Information
Please plan to visit the registration table at the beginning of the camp so that we may insure that your camper has provided all necessary information. Please bring your child’s immunization record if he/she does not attend a Maryland public or private school. We will also need to have any requests for prescription drug administering on file and in writing. Please be sure to complete the medical section on the registration form carefully.
